NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) - Confidentiality Agreement

In order to become the confidential information concerning the ALFAPASS ID card, it is necessary to close a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with ALFAPASS cvba. 

The intended confidential information contains the technical specifications and descriptions concerning the ALFAPASS Mifare ID card, such as the security key, the reading and writing keys and interfaces. This information will only be be released to port facilities that request this explicitly.   

The supplied information can only be used for the purpose of setting up a project for an access control system. The detailed information will allow the supplier of the access control systems to bring the system in line with the specifications of ALFAPASS.

The port facilities in their turn can pass on the information to their supplier, only by adopting the same confidentiality clauses of the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Passing on the information by the port facilities to third parties is not allowed.

For the protection of the given information the following contracts need to be closed: 

    Non Disclosure Agreement between ALFAPASS cvba and the port facility.
Both copies of the contract between the Port Facility and Alfapass CVBA need to be returned to for signing to Alfapass CVBA.

    Non Disclosure Agreement between the port facility and the supplier of the access control system.   
A copy of the contract between the Port Facility and the supplier must be returned to Alfapass CBVA.
