Online orders in the Alfapass customer application are usually processed within 8 hours of receipt by the administration department. This includes the creation of the invoice.
Off-line orders (by e-mail with Excel attachment) are usually processed within 3 to 4 workdays by the administration department.
As soon as an invoice has been generated, the administrative handling of the request is considered complete and the order is ready for further technical processing. It is therefore not possible to cancel online orders. Off-line orders can be cancelled to a limited extent. Please send any cancellation requests to info@alfapass.be. We will get back to you with a status on the progress of your order.
This invoice comprises both the once-off cost of creation and the annual subscription. However, as no active card was issued the subscription fee will be deducted on settlement at the end of the current subscription period.
Under no circumstances are separate credit notes drawn up.
From the time of the application and the payment of a card a maximum period of six months is provided within which time this card needs to be picked up. After this time the application will be cancelled.
After cancellation of the requested and paid card, the subscription will be fully reimbursed (upon settlement on the due date) since no card was produced and activated. Under no circumstances is the once-off cost of creation reimbursed.
If the customer still wants a card, the whole procedure needs to be repeated and both the cost of creation and the subscription need to be paid again.
